Coaching Options Designed Around You

At Mind4Sport, I help athletes of all levels develop the mental skills they need to perform at their best — not just in training, but when it matters most. Whether you compete for fun, for a club, or on the national stage, mindset coaching can give you the edge.

One-to-One Coaching

Personalised sessions designed around your goals and challenges. Together, we’ll:

  1. Identify mental blocks and replace them with empowering strategies.
  2. Build focus so you can handle distractions and pressure.
  3. Boost confidence and self-belief.
  4. Create a pre-performance routine that works for you.

How it works:
One-to-one coaching can take place online or in person. We’ll work in focused 60–90 minute sessions, spaced to suit your schedule and goals.

Event & Club Days

For teams, clubs, or groups looking to give everyone a mental performance boost in one day. These sessions can include:

  1. Group mindset workshops tailored to your sport.
  2. One-to-one “pit-stop” sessions for individuals.
  3. Practical tools for handling nerves, staying focused, and enjoying competition.

Delivered at your training ground, competition venue, or online.

Costs can be shared between athletes or covered by the club

Ideal for teams, riding clubs, and groups of competitors who want a mental edge on the day.

Performance Packages

For athletes serious about consistent improvement, I offer structured packages that combine:

  1. Regular one-to-one coaching.
  2. Competition preparation and debrief.
  3. Ongoing support via phone/email between sessions.

This approach ensures progress is monitored, reinforced, and adjusted as needed.

Perfect for building lasting confidence and consistency across your whole season.

Focusing the Mind

Focus is a skill you can train. Many athletes struggle to “switch on” at the right time or let mistakes linger in their mind. In our sessions, you’ll learn:

  1. How to enter the right mental state before and during performance.
  2. Quick-reset techniques to recover from setbacks.
  3. How to maintain concentration even in high-pressure situations.

These skills apply to any sport — and can make the difference between “good” and “your best”.
