Bring Mindset Coaching to Your Whole Team or Club

Unlock Peak Performance for Everyone

Whether it’s an equestrian club, a sports academy, or a grassroots team, group coaching sessions are a powerful way to give athletes the tools to perform under pressure, stay focused, and enjoy competing.

I’ll come to your event or training day and work with your athletes in a fun, interactive, and practical way — so they leave feeling confident, calm, and ready to perform.

What’s Included

On an Event or Club Day, we can:

    • Run group mindset workshops tailored to your sport and level.
    • Work one-to-one with athletes needing extra focus or support.
    • Share simple, proven techniques to manage nerves and sharpen concentration.
    • Help coaches and parents understand how to support mental performance.

Benefits for Clubs & Teams

    • Builds team cohesion and mutual support.
    • Improves focus and consistency in competition.
    • Boosts confidence in younger or developing athletes.
    • Creates a positive, supportive atmosphere for growth.

Flexible Formats

I can join:

    • Club training days
    • Pre-season camps
    • Competition warm-up areas
    • Post-event debrief sessions

Sessions can be fully customised — from quick 20-minute athlete huddles to full-day programmes with workshops and individual slots.

Investment

Event and Club Days are priced as a full or half-day package, making them cost-effective for groups and teams. Travel is included within a set radius, with simple rates for further distances.

Recent events to groups of young sport participants have included:

  • “The Power of Words”, motivational self-talk and the removal of negative self-talk
  • “Effective Goal Setting”, how to identify realistic, progressive and worthwhile goals. Differentiating “dreams” from “goals”
  • “Mental tips and training”, utilisation of the sub-conscious mind to positive effect
